Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.hsihl.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the online version but confirms that printed copies are enclosed for investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notification or web access, or those preferring printed documents for future corporate communications, may complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label, or by email to 1340-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Until a functional address is on record, Huisheng International will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications.
