Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (HAOHAI BIOTEC) announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of three new deputy general managers during the eighth meeting of the sixth session of the Board on 24 April 2026. The appointments—effective immediately—cover a three-year term ending in April 2029.

The newly appointed executives are:

• Mr. Ma Xianpeng, 46, currently the assistant to the general manager responsible for production and operations management. He brings more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical experience, including vice-presidential roles at Hunan Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (January 2003–November 2021) and Maikoote (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (November 2021–October 2022). Mr. Ma holds an EMBA from Fudan University and the professional titles of Senior Engineer and Deputy Chief Pharmacist.

• Ms. Jiang Lixia, 53, a core technical leader of HAOHAI BIOTEC and executive director and vice general manager of subsidiary Shanghai Qisheng Biologics Company Limited. She has served the subsidiary in various technical and managerial capacities since 1998. Ms. Jiang earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Materials from East China University of Science and Technology.

• Ms. Jin Sha, 47, chairman of subsidiary OHMK (Tian Jin) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. She joined HAOHAI BIOTEC in 2018 following leadership roles in the Organization Department of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee of Shanghai (1999–2018). Ms. Jin holds a Doctor of Laws degree from East China University of Science and Technology.

The Board extended a formal welcome to the three executives as they assume their new positions aimed at bolstering the company’s operational and strategic execution capabilities.
