Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 01788) has issued US$400.00 million Floating Rate Notes due 2029 (Stock Code: 40100) under its HK$35.00 billion medium term note programme. According to the announcement dated 6 March 2026, the listing of and permission to deal in these Notes by way of debt issues to professional investors, as defined in Chapter 37 of the Listing Rules, is expected to become effective on or about 9 March 2026.

Joint global coordinators, bookrunners, and lead managers for this issuance include Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, Bank of Communications, BOCOM International, China Construction Bank (Asia), ICBC (Asia), Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch. Additional joint bookrunners and joint lead managers are listed in the announcement for reference.

As of the announcement date, the board of directors of Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited comprises two executive directors: Chairman Dr. Yim Fung and Ms. Qi Haiying; three non-executive directors: Ms. Yu Xuping, Mr. Dong Boyang, and Mr. Zou Hua; and three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Fu Tingmei, Professor Chan Ka Keung Ceajer, and Mr. Liu Chung Mun.
