Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) acquired 2,157,700 ordinary shares on Jun, 12 2026 through open-market purchases executed by its fund manager.

Following the transaction, KWAP’s direct holding remains at 442,703,250 shares (5.521%), while its indirect holding increases to 84,893,100 shares (1.059%). This brings KWAP’s total interest in Top Glove to 527,596,350 shares, equivalent to approximately 6.580% of the issued share capital.
