C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) has announced that, in light of recent market conditions as of March 13, 2026, the company and the subscriber have entered into a termination agreement. Both parties have agreed to terminate the subscription agreement originally signed on March 6, 2026, effective from the date of the termination agreement, which is March 13, 2026.

Under the termination agreement, the original subscription agreement will cease to have any further effect. All rights, obligations, and liabilities of the company and the subscriber under the original agreement will be terminated upon the effective date of the termination agreement.

As of the signing date of the termination agreement, the company has not issued any subscription shares under the original agreement. The subscription will no longer proceed, and the originally planned placement of 40 million subscription shares will be returned to the general authorization quota for new share subscriptions.
