SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (BHK) said on Jul, 31 2026 that it completed four acquisitions, launched three operation-and-maintenance (O&M) mandates and commissioned three upgrading and expansion projects during the first half of 2026.
The company finalised four wastewater-related acquisitions: two plants in Dalian, Liaoning Province, with a combined capacity of 60,000 tonnes per day, and two plants in Anshan, Liaoning Province, adding another 230,000 tonnes per day.
New O&M activity included the start-up of a 12,000-tonne-per-day industrial wastewater facility in Shanghai in Jan, 2026; the award in Mar, 2026 of a 70,000-tonne-per-day project at the Sino-Italy Ningbo Eco-Park in Zhejiang Province; and a supplemental agreement in May, 2026 that raised capacity at the Longmen Town plant in Fujian Province from 25,000 to 32,500 tonnes per day.
Upgrading and expansion work saw the commissioning in Jan, 2026 of a 30,000-tonne-per-day expansion in Shanting District, Shandong Province, and the completion in Mar, 2026 of two Jiangsu Province upgrades: 20,000 tonnes per day at Jingjiang City’s Xingang Industrial Park plant and 25,000 tonnes per day at Taixing City’s Huangqiao plant.
SIIC Environment said the additional capacity and new contracts enhance its market presence in China’s water and environmental services sector.
