NEXCHIP (ASX: 02249) has issued a formal announcement regarding a change to its registered English corporate name.

The company confirmed that on July 6, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Change of Name for a Non-Hong Kong Company.

This certificate confirms that the company has officially changed its name under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and is now registered under the English corporate name Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation.

Following this alteration of its English name in Hong Kong, the stock's trading abbreviations on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will remain unchanged.

The H-share English and Chinese short forms will continue to be NEXCHIP and 晶合集成, respectively.

The H-share stock code will also remain the same at 2249.
