GIORDANO INT'L (00709) has announced a series of changes to its board composition, effective April 27, 2026. Non-Executive Director Ms. Cheng Chi Man, Jennifer, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board, the Chairperson of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Concurrently, Non-Executive Director Mr. Tsang On Yip has stepped down from his roles as Board Chairperson and Chairperson of the Nomination Committee, but will remain a member of the Nomination Committee. Furthermore, former Executive Director Mr. Li Zhixuan has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Director and will no longer serve on the Management Committee. In other appointments, Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Wong Wai Tak has joined the Remuneration Committee, and Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Chow Kwok Wing has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
