AI ENERGY ENG (01751) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bright View Intelligent Construction Limited, has recently entered into a System Integrator Framework Agreement with Rolls-Royce Solutions Hong Kong Ltd. Under this agreement, Bright View is authorized to serve as a system integrator for MTU-brand gas generator sets.

The Board believes that establishing a strategic partnership with a top international manufacturer like Rolls-Royce Solutions is of significant importance to the Group’s development:

Strengthening Technical Capabilities and Market Positioning: Obtaining official authorization from the globally leading internal combustion engine brand MTU will notably enhance the Group’s technical strength and solution competitiveness in the high-end gas power generation sector. This aligns particularly well with the Group’s strategic direction of providing core power assurance for high-reliability, high-efficiency demand scenarios such as global AI data centers.

Ensuring Supply Chain Stability: The agreement provides the Group with a reliable, high-quality source of core equipment for future project execution, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Elevating Value Chain Position: Transitioning from a pure equipment trader to a system solution supplier with integration and assembly capabilities will place the Group in a more favorable position within the industrial chain and enable it to offer more comprehensive services to customers.

Expanding Market Opportunities: Leveraging the strong endorsement of the MTU brand and the Group’s integration service capabilities, the Board is confident this will lay a solid foundation for the Group to explore new business opportunities in the Greater China region and broader markets, particularly in the rapidly expanding AI computing infrastructure sector.
