Datronix Holdings Limited (連達科技控股有限公司) will hold a special general meeting on 28 November 2025 at 2:30 p.m., located at 19th Floor, North Point Industrial Building, 499 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

At the meeting, an ordinary resolution will be proposed to approve, confirm, and ratify the New Master Supply Agreement dated 10 October 2025 between Datronix Holdings Limited and Datatronics Romoland. The resolution encompasses the annual caps of the transactions contemplated under the agreement for the three years ending 31 December 2028, as well as authorization for any Director to carry out all necessary acts to implement this agreement. According to the proxy instructions, relevant proxy forms must be submitted at least 48 hours before the meeting.
