NSING TECH (02701) has announced the appointment of new vice presidents. The company's sixth board of directors held its twentieth meeting on May 29, 2026, where a proposal regarding the appointment of corporate vice presidents was reviewed and approved.

The board agreed to appoint Ms. Dong Reng, Mr. Kerk Teck Huat, Linus, and Mr. Mou Xinhui as vice presidents of the company. Their terms will commence from the date of the board meeting's approval and will last until the conclusion of the current sixth board of directors' term.

Separately, the company recently received a written resignation from Mr. Zhong Xinli, who stepped down from his position as vice president due to personal reasons. Following his resignation from this role, Mr. Zhong will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries. His original term was scheduled to end on May 15, 2027.
