On February 4, Barclays PLC purchased an additional 2.73 million shares of DRINDA (02865) at a price of HK$44.0133 per share, involving a total consideration of approximately HK$120 million. Following this acquisition, Barclays PLC's total holding in the company increased to 7.10 million shares, representing a stake of 8.65%.

Supplementary information indicates that BBPLC's interests in 376,900 shares long and short, and BCSL's interests in 376,900 shares short as disclosed at box 22, relate to an intra-group hedging arrangement between BBPLC and BCSL. Interests arising from this hedge are not double-counted at the level of Barclays PLC.
