Shanghai and Shenzhen Exchanges Add COFOE MEDICAL and WELLCELL HOLD to Southbound Trading Eligibility

The Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges have separately announced that, in accordance with the respective implementation rules for the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs, COFOE MEDICAL (01187) and WELLCELL HOLD (02477) will be added to the list of securities eligible for the Southbound Trading Channel. The inclusion of COFOE MEDICAL is due to its listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd not being subject to a price stabilization mechanism and the corresponding A-shares having been listed for over 10 trading days. The inclusion of WELLCELL HOLD follows the commencement of parallel trading for its spin-off shares. The changes will take effect starting May 6, 2026.
