Black Sesame International Holding Limited disclosed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 August 2026. Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to USD 0.10 million.

During the month, 772,233 new ordinary shares were issued under the 2016 Pre-IPO Share Plan, increasing the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) to 715.21 million. Including 1.98 million treasury shares, total issued shares stood at 717.19 million at month-end. There were no changes in treasury share holdings.

The option exercise generated HKD 3.23 million in cash proceeds. Outstanding options under the Pre-IPO Share Plan declined to 80.17 million following exercises and cancellations, while options under the Post-IPO Share Plan fell to 11.75 million after lapses. No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were reported for the month.

Management confirmed that the company satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as of 31 August 2026 and that all regulatory and listing conditions related to the share issuance were fulfilled.
