Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Airdoc Technology) reported a repurchase of 35,700 H shares on 28 September 2026, according to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same date.

The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging from HKD 8.10 to HKD 9.60, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 8.95 per share. The total consideration amounted to HKD 0.32 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued H shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.035% from 100.64 million to 100.60 million. • Treasury shares increased from 2.93 million to 2.96 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 103.57 million.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 that permits repurchases of up to 10.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authorization now stand at 775,100 shares, representing 0.76% of the outstanding shares on the mandate date. All shares acquired on 28 September are being held as treasury stock, with no cancellations announced.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Airdoc Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
