EVERG VEHICLE has issued an official announcement regarding changes to its board of directors.

Due to adjustments within the company's business operations, Mr. Xiao En has tendered his resignation from his positions as an executive director and the chairman of the board, effective from June 9, 2026. This resignation was submitted in accordance with a recommendation from the company's major shareholder.

Consequently, as of the same date, Mr. Xiao will no longer serve as the chairman of the board's nomination committee or as a member of the remuneration committee and the corporate governance committee.
