KINGDOM HOLDING has announced a positive profit alert for the first half of 2026.
The company anticipates achieving a net profit of no less than RMB 100 million, with profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders also expected to be not less than RMB 100 million.
This represents a significant turnaround from the same period in 2025, when the company reported a net loss of approximately RMB 122 million and a net loss attributable to shareholders of about RMB 119 million.
The substantial improvement in performance is primarily attributed to two key factors.
Firstly, following a significant market adjustment in the prices of raw materials and linen yarn from late 2024 through the second quarter of 2025, linen yarn prices began a gradual recovery in the latter half of 2025.
This recovery led to an improvement in the group's operating profit margin and overall profitability during the relevant period.
Secondly, the domestic linen consumption market in China has become one of the largest in the world, which has boosted product demand and strengthened the company's overall profit-generating capacity.
