Food Empire Holdings Limited said on May, 04 2026 that it has transferred 22,500 treasury shares to fulfill obligations under its Employees’ Share Option Schemes.

The transaction reduced the company’s treasury share balance to 213,074 from 235,574, moving its treasury share holding from 0.043% to 0.039% of the total ordinary shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares).

The transferred shares carry an aggregate value of about 0.06 million Singapore dollars, based on the weighted-average cost of the treasury shares on hand.
