APAC Realty Expands Into Hong Kong With ERA Franchise Deal

APAC Realty Limited announced on Oct, 28 2025 that it has entered Hong Kong through an ERA Franchise Agreement with Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company Limited, establishing ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon.

Under the agreement, the franchisee may operate or grant memberships for ERA member broker offices in Hong Kong for an initial three-year term beginning Jan, 01 2026, with an option to propose a further three-year renewal subject to specified conditions.

The expansion lifts APAC Realty’s footprint to more than 21,900 advisors across 14 Asia Pacific countries and territories. ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon will be led by industry veterans Michelle Chan and Benny Wong.

APAC Realty holds the exclusive ERA regional master franchise rights for 17 markets and, through its Singapore subsidiary ERA Realty Network, employs 8,916 advisors as of Oct, 28 2025.
