OUE Healthcare Limited announced the appointment of Richard Tan Chuan Lye as an Independent and Non-Executive Director, effective Jun, 03 2026. Tan will also chair the Audit and Risk Committee and join the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.

Following this change, the board will comprise Non-Executive Chairman Lee Yi Shyan; Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Yet Kum Meng; Non-Executive Director Abram Melkyzedeck Suhardiman; Independent Director Usha Ranee Chandradas; and Independent Director Richard Tan.

The Nominating and Remuneration Committee will be led by Usha Ranee Chandradas, with Lee Yi Shyan and Richard Tan as members. The Audit and Risk Committee will be chaired by Richard Tan, with Usha Ranee Chandradas and Abram Melkyzedeck Suhardiman serving as members.
