Global Chinese Business Club, formerly Affluent Foundation Holdings Limited, disclosed a revised board structure dated 5 August 2026. The Board now comprises six directors: three executive and three independent non-executive.

Executive leadership remains concentrated under Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zhou Zhenlin, supported by Vice Chairlady and Chief Technology Officer Ms. Peng Yunying and Vice Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Guo Xianjiao.

Independent oversight is provided by Ms. Cheng Shing Yan, Mr. Tsoi Chi Hei and Ms. Zhou Wencan.

Board committees have been re-confirmed as follows: 1. Audit Committee – chaired by Mr. Tsoi Chi Hei with membership from Ms. Cheng Shing Yan and Ms. Zhou Wencan. 2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Ms. Zhou Wencan with membership from Ms. Cheng Shing Yan and Mr. Tsoi Chi Hei. 3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Mr. Zhou Zhenlin with membership from all three independent non-executive directors.

The announcement reinforces a clear delineation between executive management and independent supervision across the company’s core governance bodies.
