(listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange) released unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. According to the announcement, Ji’nan Truck reported revenue of RMB 40,490,078,964.82, with total profit of RMB 1,816,930,578.51. Income tax expenses were RMB 331,883,822.28, and net profit stood at RMB 1,485,046,756.23.

The announcement noted that during the same period in 2024, Ji’nan Truck’s revenue was RMB 33,586,743,326.50, total profit was RMB 1,487,694,313.26, income tax expenses were RMB 237,476,989.03, and net profit was RMB 1,250,217,324.23. As of the date of the announcement, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited holds 51% of Ji’nan Truck’s issued share capital.
