Genesis Scale Holdings Limited (00439) announced that, based on unaudited consolidated management accounts, the net loss for the year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025) is expected to range from HK$130.00 million to HK$150.00 million, compared to a net loss of HK$47.40 million in the previous year.

The anticipated increase in net loss is attributed primarily to a provision of HK$118.00 million related to a subsidiary’s dispute in ongoing legal proceedings. The FY2025 financial results have not been audited or reviewed by the external auditors. Final audited figures are expected to be published in late March 2026, and may differ from the current estimates.
