SWIRE PROPERTIES (01972) announced that for the second quarter of 2025, its completed investment properties in Hong Kong achieved an overall office occupancy rate of 91%. Specifically, Taikoo Place (overall) recorded a 90% occupancy rate with rental rates declining by 15%.

In mainland China, Taikoo Hui's office building maintained a 91% occupancy rate, while Indigo Tower 1 achieved 86% occupancy. COFCO Plaza Tower 1 and Tower 2 reached 95% occupancy rates.
