On 12 May 2026, SF Holding (stock code: 06936) disclosed that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Mingde Holding Development Co., Ltd. (“Mingde Holding”), has released the pledge on 22.00 million A shares previously pledged to the Fuzhou Branch of Chiyu Banking Corp. The released shares represent 0.89% of Mingde Holding’s shareholding and 0.44% of SF Holding’s total share capital. The original pledge was initiated on 25 May 2023 and terminated on 11 May 2026.

Following the release, Mingde Holding continues to hold 2.46 billion A shares in SF Holding, equal to 48.85% of the company’s issued share capital. Of these, 793.09 million shares remain pledged, accounting for 32.21% of Mingde Holding’s total holdings and 15.74% of SF Holding’s overall share capital. None of Mingde Holding’s pledged or unpledged shares are subject to freezing measures.

The company states that Mingde Holding maintains sound credit standing with sufficient repayment capacity, and the remaining pledged shares are considered within a controllable risk range.
