Acrophyte Hospitality Trust on Sep, 16 2025 confirmed the Singapore dollar exchange rate that will be used to convert its latest distribution for stapled securityholders.

The trust has declared a tax-exempt distribution of 0.432 U.S. cents per stapled security for the period from Jan, 01 2025 to Jun, 30 2025, with payment scheduled for Sep, 26 2025.

Holders who have not opted to receive the payout in U.S. dollars will be paid in Singapore dollars at a rate of US$1 = S$1.2781, translating the 0.432 U.S. cents per stapled security into local currency. Securityholders who elected the U.S.-dollar option will receive the distribution in U.S. currency.

Listed on the Singapore Exchange since May 2019, Acrophyte Hospitality Trust invests in a portfolio of 32 select-service hotels totaling 4,188 rooms across 17 U.S. states.
