Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd announced on 29 April 2026 that the 2025 Annual Report, circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.ss100.com.cn) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

The board reiterated the electronic dissemination policy introduced on 7 February 2024. Future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided online by default. Shareholders are asked to supply a functional email address, either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

If no valid email address is received, Sunshine 100 will continue to send actionable corporate communications in printed form until an address is provided. Requests for hard-copy materials remain available free of charge for a one-year period upon written or email notification to the share registrar.
