Bonjour Holdings releases circular on capital reorganisation and board-lot change; EGM set for 28 Aug 2026

Bonjour Holdings Limited (Bonjour) has posted two key documents on its corporate website and the HKEXnews platform:

1. A circular dated 12 August 2026 detailing the proposed capital reorganisation and an adjustment to the board-lot size. 2. The accompanying form of proxy for shareholders’ use at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The EGM will be held on 28 August 2026. Shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy corporate communications will receive printed versions of the above documents by mail.

Bonjour is inviting shareholders who have not yet provided an email address to switch from printed notifications to email alerts. To do so, shareholders should complete and return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, by email (653-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post or hand delivery. Requests for printed copies of future corporate communications can be made at any time via the same registrar.
