N-able, Inc. (NABL) shares plummeted 7.72% in pre-market trading following the release of its first-quarter 2026 financial results and forward-looking guidance.

The cybersecurity company reported Q1 revenue of $133.7 million, beating analyst estimates, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.09, meeting expectations. However, investor sentiment turned negative due to the company's outlook for the second quarter of 2026, which calls for revenue in the range of $137.5 million to $138.5 million. This represents a projected year-over-year growth rate of only 5% to 6% on a reported basis, a significant deceleration from the 13.1% growth achieved in the first quarter.

While the company maintained its full-year revenue and annual recurring revenue (ARR) outlook, the sharp slowdown implied in the near-term guidance appears to have driven the sell-off. The company's Q2 constant currency growth guidance of approximately 4% further highlighted potential headwinds.
