JS GLOBAL LIFE (01691) announced that Ms. Sun Jiaen has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, as well as the legal process agent for accepting legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (collectively referred to as the "Legal Process Agent"), effective from December 19, 2025.

Additionally, Ms. Zhu Jiaying, who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from December 19, 2025.
