TAI PING CARPET (ASX: 00146) has announced that Ms. Laetitia Anna Cecile Mergui will succeed Mr. Wen as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2027.

As part of the transition plan, Ms. Mergui will assume the role of CEO-Designate starting October 1, 2026.

Ms. Mergui is also proposed for election as an Executive Director of the company at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

If elected, she will also become a member of the company's Executive Committee.
