The regulatory authority in Quanzhou under the National Financial Regulatory Administration has issued an official approval.

This approval authorizes China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. to proceed with the acquisition of Anxi Minsheng Village Bank Co., Ltd.

Furthermore, the approval grants permission for the establishment of three new branches: the Quanzhou Anxi Fengcheng Sub-branch, the Quanzhou Anxi Longqiao Micro and Small Enterprise Sub-branch, and the Quanzhou Anxi Hutou Micro and Small Enterprise Sub-branch, all under China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd..

These new entities will assume the assets, liabilities, business operations, and staff of Anxi Minsheng Village Bank Co., Ltd. following the completion of its asset and liability verification process.
