Medcaptain Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Medcaptain) announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 September 2026 to review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda will also include discussion on the declaration and payment of an interim dividend, alongside other routine matters.

The board currently comprises nine directors: three executive directors (Mr. Liu Jie, Mr. Zhong Yaoqi and Mr. Yan Renzhong), three non-executive directors (Ms. Li Hui, Mr. Zhang Jiecheng and Dr. Zhou Yi) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Shao Liyang, Mr. Zhang Hanbin and Mr. Tam Man Hong). Chairman and executive director Mr. Liu Jie issued the notice from Hong Kong on 16 September 2026.
