ISDN Holdings (I07) said its issued share capital stood unchanged at 455.53 million ordinary shares with no treasury shares as of Sep, 30 2026, according to its monthly securities movement filing to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.

The Singapore-incorporated industrial automation provider reported no share issuances, buy-backs or treasury share transfers during the month. It also confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public float requirement.

Separately, the company noted that up to 41.03 million new shares remain available for potential issuance under the 2022 ISDN Performance Share Plan, which shareholders approved on Jan, 31 2023.
