TOP EDUCATION GROUP LTD (1752 HK) released its Annual Report 2025, recording revenue of AUD34.3 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, an 18% increase from AUD29.0 million in the previous year. Net profit reached AUD3.3 million, marking a 74.3% growth from AUD1.9 million.

Gross profit was AUD15.5 million, up 21.7%. Overall gross profit margin rose to 45.3% from 43.9%. Major contributions included sustained student enrolment growth of approximately 28.7%, led by the Perth campus, which accounted for more than half of the postgraduate cohort. The Group reported a healthy balance sheet with strong cash reserves of AUD49.1 million and no outstanding debt.

During the period, cost of revenue climbed 15% to AUD18.7 million, primarily due to rising agent commissions, consulting expenses, and staff costs. Administrative expenses rose to AUD9.4 million, while advertising and marketing expenses reached AUD3.4 million.

In academic operations, the Group maintained its course accreditations and expanded program offerings. Notable milestones included the reaccreditation of Bachelor of Laws, the introduction of Master of Business Research, and progress in new offshore partnerships. Student wellbeing and risk management frameworks were further strengthened to align with evolving regulatory and market landscapes.

The Board recommended a final dividend of HK0.6 cents per share, subject to Shareholders’ approval at the upcoming AGM, following its previous payment of HK0.2 cents per share. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to diversify its revenue streams, strengthen research initiatives, and pursue transnational education opportunities. The strong financial position and strategic developments support further growth and business resilience in the changing global education market.
