Baidu Group-W (09888) has announced that its Class A ordinary shares have been officially included as eligible securities under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect program, effective from September 7, 2026. This follows the release of the "Announcement on Adjustments to the List of Eligible Securities for Hong Kong Stocks under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect" by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the same date.

The company stated that this inclusion, along with its prior participation in the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, represents a significant milestone in broadening its access to mainland Chinese investors. Management expects this development to further diversify the company's investor base and enhance the liquidity of its shares in the market.
