Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) said on May, 25 2026 that it has agreed to acquire interests in four freehold logistics and industrial properties in Germany and the Netherlands for a total agreed property purchase price of about 441.5 million Singapore dollars (294.9 million euros).

The real estate investment trust will purchase equity stakes in four property-holding companies from its sponsor, Frasers Property Limited, and an unrelated third party. The aggregate purchase consideration is approximately 326.6 million Singapore dollars, after factoring in the assumption of 100.8 million Singapore dollars of existing debt.

The portfolio, comprising 179,645 sq m of space, is fully occupied and has a weighted average lease expiry of 5.7 years. The transaction price represents a 1.5% discount to the properties’ aggregate appraised value. The manager said the deal is expected to be accretive to distribution per unit.

On completion, FLCT’s overall occupancy rate is set to rise to 96.3%, the share of logistics and industrial assets in its portfolio will increase to 76.6%, and its total property count will expand to 118. The acquisition will be funded through external debt and is targeted to close by Aug, 31 2026, subject to approvals.

As at Mar, 31 2026, FLCT’s portfolio stood at 113 industrial and commercial properties valued at approximately 7.0 billion Singapore dollars across Australia, Germany, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
