On February 10, singer Hua Chenyu announced during his concert in Yunnan that his 99%-owned company, Shanghai Shengheng Hongyin Culture Communication Co., Ltd., in partnership with Beijing Yamei Times Culture Media Co., Ltd., has acquired three land plots in Chengjiang City, Yunnan. The plan is to develop an upgraded version of the "Mars Home" amusement park, which will include supporting facilities such as dining, entertainment, and accommodation. According to publicly available information, the project's operating entity, Yunnan Warm House Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., was registered in December 2025, with its name derived from Hua Chenyu's song of the same title. The Chengjiang Investment Promotion Bureau confirmed on February 9 that land leveling has commenced at the site, and further updates will be released officially by the company.
