Infinity Logistics Announces Trading Suspension Pending 2025 Annual Results

Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (Infinity Logistics) will halt trading of its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026.

The suspension follows the company’s 19 March 2026 notice that its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be delayed. The board advised that trading will remain paused until the 2025 annual results are released.

Dato’ Seri Chan Kong Yew, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, signed the announcement dated 31 March 2026.

As of the announcement date, Infinity Logistics has four executive directors—Dato’ Seri Chan Kong Yew, Dato’ Kwan Siew Deeg, Datin Seri Lo Shing Ping, and Mr. Yap Sheng Feng—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Li Chi Keung, Dato’ Che Nazli Binti Jaapar, and Datin Paduka TPr. Noraini Binti Roslan.
