According to CNOOC Limited, effective 20 October 2025, Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zhou Xinhuai has resigned from all of these positions. He also ceased to serve on the company’s Strategy and Sustainability Committee as of the same date.
