Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 1020) announced that, effective 27 October 2025, Mr. Cheung Wing Lok has resigned as the company secretary and authorised representative to devote more time to other business commitments. The board confirmed that Mr. Cheung has no disagreements with management and expressed sincere gratitude for his contributions.

Mr. Ma Kin Ling, aged 43, has been appointed as chief financial officer, company secretary, and authorised representative. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Honours) in Accounting and Law from the City University of Hong Kong, and has held senior positions in various listed companies. He served previously as chief financial officer and company secretary of China Zenith Chemical Group Limited (Stock Code: 362) from May 2016 to December 2024 and currently serves as an independent non-executive director for two other listed firms.
