Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX; stock codes 00388 (HKD) and 80388 (RMB)) has released its 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 18 March 2026 (including the notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form), and the 2025 Sustainability Report. All documents are available in both English and Chinese on the Investor Relations – Regulatory Disclosure section of the HKEX Group website and on HKEXnews.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid event on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Shareholders may attend in person at HKEX Connect Hall, 1/F, One and Two Exchange Square, Central, Hong Kong, or join via the designated online platform.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to participate must instruct their intermediary—bank, broker, custodian or nominee—to appoint them as proxy or corporate representative. For online attendance, an email address is required; login details will be distributed by the registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

HKEX will distribute future corporate communications electronically via its website and HKEXnews, providing printed copies only upon request. Shareholders can:
