The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$1.0946 per share, involving a total consideration of roughly HK$7.7842 million.

Following this acquisition, M&G Plc's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 480 million shares. This represents a stake of about 5.03% of the issued share capital.
