TRIP.COM Group Limited has announced a series of changes to its board of directors, effective February 25, 2026. Fan Min has resigned from his positions as director and president of the company, while Ji Qi has stepped down from his role as a director.

Concurrently, the company has appointed Ms. Wu Yihong and Ms. Xiao Yang as new independent directors.

In 1999, James Liang, Neil Shen, Fan Min, and Ji Qi co-founded Trip.com. Ji Qi, who holds a bachelor's degree in engineering mechanics and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, played a key role in the early stages of the company by leading team development and exploring business models. He helped transform the startup into an online travel service platform and, as a core member of the founding team, contributed to setting the company's operational direction. Ji Qi left Trip.com in 2002 to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures, which provided a foundation for his subsequent establishment of Home Inns and Hanting.

Fan Min, who earned a master's degree in management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and participated in a training program at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lausanne, held various senior positions at Trip.com from February 2000 to February 21, 2013, including executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief executive officer. On February 21, 2013, following the return of James Liang, Fan Min stepped down from his role as president of the company.
