Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Airdoc-B) disclosed that it bought back 34,100 H shares on 15 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 7.39 to HKD 8.90, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.97 per share. Aggregate consideration totalled approximately HKD 0.27 million.
Following the transaction, the number of issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 100.97 million to 100.94 million, representing a 0.034% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 2.63 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 103.57 million.
The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 that authorises Airdoc-B to buy back up to 10.14 million shares. To date, 443,600 shares—equivalent to 0.44% of the issued share count at mandate adoption—have been repurchased under this authority. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales runs through 15 October 2026.
The board confirmed the buyback complied with Hong Kong listing rules and all relevant regulatory requirements.
