GSH Corporation Limited announced revisions to the memberships of its Nominating and Remuneration Committees, effective Jul, 1 2026.

For the Nominating Committee, Ms Joycelyn Ong Yueh Ling will serve as Chairman, with Dr Goi Seng Hui and Mr Ng Hin Lee as members. Dr Goi Seng Hui will be supported by his alternate director, Goi Kok Ming (Wei Guoming).

The Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Ms Tan Min-Li, with Mr Ng Hin Lee and Ms Joycelyn Ong Yueh Ling joining as members.
