GLOBALSTRAT (08007) announced that Dr. Zhong Lingchang and Dr. Zheng Zehao have resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors of the company, effective September 30, 2025, as they wish to devote more time to pursuing their other business commitments.

Additionally, Dr. Zhong Lingchang will no longer serve as chairman of the Board's Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee. Dr. Zheng Zehao will no longer serve as a member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Audit Committee respectively.
