The board of WULING MOTORS announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate communication—comprising the 13 July 2026 Circular and the Notice of Special General Meeting—are now available on both the company’s website (www.wuling.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through CCASS participants can access the documents online but may request free printed copies. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and submit it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be emailed to 305-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of a valid request.

The company encourages shareholders to receive future corporate communications electronically. Investors should provide functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely delivery of electronic publication notices. Until a valid email address is registered via these intermediaries, shareholders will continue to receive print notifications only.

The preference indicated on the Request Form will apply to all future corporate communications until written notice of change is submitted to the share registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.
