According to the announcement dated 4 December 2025, non-registered shareholders who previously requested printed copies will receive them enclosed. Others may write to the company’s Hong Kong Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, or send an email to 1229-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, to request printed copies. The requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Non-registered shareholders interested in receiving future corporate communications electronically are advised to provide a valid email address to their intermediaries (bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited).
