On 1 September 2026, Activation Group Holdings Limited (Activation GP) executed an on-market buyback of 114,000 ordinary shares at HK$0.80 each, spending a total of HK$0.09 million, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The repurchase reduced the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 744.33 million to 744.22 million shares, while increasing treasury shares from 410,000 to 524,000. The newly acquired shares—equivalent to 0.015% of the pre-transaction share base—are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.
Since receiving shareholder approval for its current buyback mandate on 21 May 2026, Activation GP has repurchased a cumulative 524,000 shares, representing 0.07% of the company’s issued share count at the mandate date. The authorisation permits the repurchase of up to 74.47 million shares, leaving 73.95 million shares (or 99.30% of the mandate) still available.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Activation GP is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting a moratorium period that extends to 1 October 2026.
